ITIL Certifications

AXELOS has developed ITIL practitioners to help professionals practically apply the ITIL Framework to meet their organization’s needs.

I) ITIL® Foundation

ITIL Foundation provides a framework of Best Practice guidance for IT Service Management and since its creation, ITIL has grown to become the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world.
The Foundation level is the entry-level certification that offers you a general awareness of the key elements, concepts, and terminology used in the ITIL service lifecycle, including the links between lifecycle stages, the processes used, and their contribution to service management practices.

Why ITIL®
• ITIL is recognized worldwide as a best-practice approach for delivering IT services and IT service management. It focuses on the processes, functions, and capabilities required to support IT services in the business.
• The main reason for its widespread adoption is that it is based on a practical approach to service management, utilizing what works in real organizations.

What is ITIL®
• The ITIL framework consists of five publications, which detail the content of the service lifecycle. Each publication covers a lifecycle stage, and each lifecycle stage shows how processes are used to improve service management in an organization.
